Girlfriend arrested in BUET student Fardin murder case

In connection with the death of Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET) student Fardin Noor Parash, his father Noor Uddin Rana has filed a murder case at Rampura police station in the capital. In view of the case, Bushra, the girlfriend of the deceased was arrested by the police. She was arrested from her home in Rampura of the capital on Thursday (November 10) morning. It was said that Fardin's father Noor Uddin Rana filed a murder case with Rampura Police Station accusing his girlfriend Bushra and some unknown persons in the case of Fardin's corpse recovery. The case was registered around 3.30 pm on Wednesday (No-9). DMP Motijheel Division Deputy Commissioner (DC) Hayatul Islam Khan said that Bushra is the only accused in the case. After the case, she was arrested as an apostate. The rest of the information will come out in the investigation. Fardin was the son of journalist Kazi Noor Uddin Rana of Shanti Bagh area of ​​Demra police station in the capital. He was a third year student of Civil Engineering Department of BUET. Those concerned said that Fardin had a love affairs with the young woman for the last four years. The young woman is a student of the English department of a private university. The young woman told the police that she returned home at 10:30 pm after wandering around on November 4. It is to be noted that on the night of November 4 of this month, Fardin asked his girlfriend Bushra to go home in Rampura area of ​​the capital. Since then he disappeared. Three days after his disappearance, the police recovered his body from the Shitalakshya River in Siddhirganj, Narayanganj on November 7 evening. After the post-mortem, the doctors said that numerous injuries were found on his body, and he was killed.
